Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 1:30 PM–12:00 AM
- Starting Pay:$22.25/hour ($2.00 Shift Differential)
- **Must be available to train on Day Shift (Monday-Friday 5:30 AM–2:00 PM) for first few weeks**

What You'll Do
As a Production Batchmaker, you'll help transform raw materials into finished ink products while maintaining our standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately weighing and measuring raw materials according to production specifications
- Adding raw materials to batches in the proper sequence and quantities
- Operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Mixing and blending chemicals and ingredients according to established procedures
- Recording materials, weights, and production information accurately
- Working closely with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure products meet quality standards
- Communicating effectively with Batchmakers and other team members across shifts
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production area
- Cleaning and securing equipment and work areas at the end of each shift
- Following established safety, quality, and efficiency procedures
- Assisting with the training and cross-training of team members as assigned
- Supporting other production activities and duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and committed to maintaining a consistent work schedule
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
- Detail-oriented and able to accurately measure and record materials
- Safety-conscious and committed to following established procedures
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Comfortable learning new equipment, processes, and production procedures
- Experienced in batchmaking, mixing, blending, manufacturing, or chemical processing — preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements
With reasonable accommodation, employees must be able to:
- Stand and walk throughout the production floor for extended periods
- Frequently lift and/or move materials weighing up to 65 pounds
- Bend, reach overhead, and retrieve materials and containers
- Climb ladders to retrieve materials
- Push and pull wheeled materials or equipment weighing up to 4,000 pounds
- Distinguish colors as required for the production process
- Communicate effectively with team members
