Job OverviewWe are hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves assembling parts, operating machinery, performing quality checks, and supporting daily production needs. This is a hands-on role working with mechanical equipment in a team-oriented setting.
Responsibilities

• Assemble and produce parts using production equipment
• Operate machines and follow work instructions
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic fabrication, assembly, or welding tasks as needed
• Complete production paperwork and report any issues
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Requirements

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Good hand dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work in warm manufacturing conditions at times
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
