Job OverviewWe are hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves assembling parts, operating machinery, performing quality checks, and supporting daily production needs. This is a hands-on role working with mechanical equipment in a team-oriented setting. Responsibilities
Assemble and produce parts using production equipment
Operate machines and follow work instructions
Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
Perform basic fabrication, assembly, or welding tasks as needed
Complete production paperwork and report any issues
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Keep work area clean and organized
Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Requirements
Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Basic math and measuring skills
Good hand dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to work in warm manufacturing conditions at times
