Production Cell Machine Operator (Night Shift 5PM-3:30AM)

Availability to train on day shift (6:30 AM- 5:00 PM Monday - Thursday) for up to six weeks at $18 per hour. When fully trained, transition to night shift; pay will increase to $20 per hour.

Role and Responsibilities

• Must be able to run multiple machines at the same time
• Responsible for ensuring efficient production that conforms to quality standards
• Must have the ability to load and unload products into/out of the machine
• Report daily labor into the ERP system
• Responsible for general housekeeping in your work area
• Packing of finished goods
• Quantity reporting in the ERP system

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years old
• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Required 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Must have a good attitude, great work ethic, ability to work with others, avoid conflict, and be able to commit to the work schedule.
• Must have their own reliable transportation

Skills and sensitivity

• Working with metal, oils, coolant, anti-foam, and cleaning chemicals.
• No known allergies to any of the above

Additional Notes

2nd Shift 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM Monday – Friday morning.

Overtime is available on Fridays and Saturdays. Must be pre-approved by a supervisor.

Report to the Production Supervisor

Consent to a 5-year background check and a 5-panel pre-employment drug screening. Results must be clear before reporting for the first day of employment, along with a signed acknowledgement of the Putsch® Confidentiality Agreement and Drug & Alcohol Testing Policy.
