Assist with machine changeovers, installations, and setup. Operate overhead cranes safely and effectively. Monitor product quality and collect production data. Troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous improvement. Maintain clean, organized workspaces (5S standards). Follow all safety, PPE, and environmental guidelines Youll play a hands-on role in maintaining quality and keeping operations moving.
