Performs manufacturing process monitoring, makes adjustments to meet yield targets, and maintains quality records per GDP/GMP standards.
Coordinates lab tasks to meet deadlines, follows SOPs, and handles hazardous materials safely.
**Qualifications:** Bachelor’s in life or related sciences, 0-3 years manufacturing experience, knowledge of GMP/GDP, ERP systems (SAP a plus), and good documentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with lab environments and equipment.
**Compensation:** Estimated $33 - $44.66/hour, based on experience and location.
