Pay Rate: $16.20/hr
Shift: 1st Shift
Description: Key Responsibilities: Assemble parts and components accurately according to work instructions. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely and effectively. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and report defective materials or equipment issues. Package completed products and prepare them for shipping or the next production stage. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Perform other general production duties as assigned. Requirements: Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
