Production Clerk (Kitting Department)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a reliable Production Clerk to support operations within the Kitting Department. This role is responsible for component control, production tracking, and maintaining accurate production records. The ideal candidate will assist with coordinating production activities and ensuring materials are available to meet manufacturing schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize work orders to complete kitting operations based on production schedules (SAP system)
• Pull and stage components required for production orders
• Support production startup and ensure smooth workflow on the floor
• Move completed production runs to the finished goods warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory levels within component storage areas
• Prepare and ship components to other facilities as needed
• Restock production floor materials and return excess inventory to storage
• Track production data and maintain accurate records
• Assist in training and guiding production operators
• Participate in required training sessions

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and commitment to long-term employment

• Provide quality customer service to customers
• Oversee the production process, ensuring deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain productivity on all systems and deliver a quality product while meeting all production deadlines
• Participate in training activities to production personnel
