Job Title: Production
Shift: 1st Shift
Location: Columbus, Nebraska
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable production associates to join a manufacturing team on 1st shift. This role involves assembling parts, using basic hand tools, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assemble components according to work instructions or blueprints
  
• 
  Use hand tools and basic equipment safely
  
• 
  Inspect parts for defects and verify quality
  
• 
  Maintain a clean and organized work area
  
• 
  Meet daily production goals
  
• 
  Follow all safety and company procedures
  

Requirements:

• 
  Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
  
• 
  Ability to lift 25–50 lbs as needed
  
• 
  Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail
  
• 
  Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  
• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
