Required Skills: Production Configuration Management Analyst
- 4-Year Technical Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in reading drawings for multiple programs (TDP).
- Strong knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOM) and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with Enterprise Product Data Management Systems (e.g., Windchill, EPDM).
- Skilled in using OBIEE and exporting files to highlight MBOM changes.
- Familiarity with Oracle systems, including Item Master, Drawing Files, and Routings.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as sub-assembly, installation, machining, welding, painting, and marking.
- Experience processing non-conforming parts for rework or upgrade through outside service providers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving production processes and requirements.

Production Configuration Management Analyst: Production Configuration Management Analyst
- Our client is seeking a Production Configuration Management Analyst, to play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of manufacturing processes.
What You'll Do: Production Configuration Management Analyst
- Lead the processing and implementation planning of Manufacturing Change Notices (MCNs).
- Review and analyze Technical Drawing Packages (TDPs) alongside change documents, comparing them to the current Manufacturing Bill Of Materials (MBOM).
- Identify impacts on MBOM configuration, routings, assembly setups, effectivity, material flow, and Work Instructions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather information on current MBOM configurations.
- Facilitate work team meetings to plan and execute change implementations.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support problem-solving efforts related to configuration management.
Nice to Have Skills: Production Configuration Management Analyst
- Knowledge of Excel macros and coding.
- Experience with manufacturing change processes related to material control, job releases, modifications, and floor stock management.
- Understanding of welding, assembly, and processing manufacturing operations.
Preferred Education and Experience: Production Configuration Management Analyst
- Hands-on experience with reading technical drawings and managing BOM configurations.
- Experience working with Windchill and Oracle data management systems.
