Production Construction- Leadperson

Leadperson must be able to oversee the daily operations of the department while maintaining production goals as set by Management. This person must be able to tactfully coordinate his/her department in a manner to promote safety and quality standards, as well as aid in the development of all employees under his/her leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop new employees, as well as current employees
• Hold employees accountable for their work.
• Have a high regard for quality work.
• Promote teamwork in their area and with all other departments.
• Understanding of blueprints, production orders and the ability to layout and build product accurately
• from them.
• Must be able to use staple & nail guns, power tools, hand tools, measuring devices and other equipment as required by the specific job.

Education:

• High School Diploma, or GED, preferred
