Job Summary
Step into a role where your technical expertise keeps Minnesota's critical systems running smoothly. As a Production Control Analyst with MNIT, you'll oversee complex batch processing cycles using CA-7 and Appworx, ensuring jobs start on time, finish successfully, and consistently meet agency service expectations. You'll troubleshoot incidents, collaborate with application and system programmers, and communicate directly with business partners to keep operations moving without interruption. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving technical challenges, and takes pride in maintaining reliable, high-quality production workflows.
In addition to managing production activity, you'll help guide administrative processes, contribute to clear documentation, and support smooth shift transitions, adding stability and leadership to the Production Control team. If you have strong CA-7/JCL experience, solid problem-solving skills, and a commitment to secure, dependable IT services, we encourage you to apply.
This position requires an employee to work onsite at 600 North Robert Street, St Paul, Minnesota at least 50% [or more or less if space limitations remain] of the time, with limited telework available. Telework eligibility depends on residence:
