Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Control Analyst to join our manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee production schedules, coordinate supply chain activities, and ensure seamless operations across our manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules using ERP systems such as SAP to align with demand forecasts and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with supply chain management to coordinate procurement, inventory control, and logistics for smooth material flow.
  • Analyze production data and supply chain analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Support plant management in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage production planning activities, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to delivery deadlines.
  • Conduct regular reviews of manufacturing processes to enhance quality control and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory movements, and process adjustments for reporting and compliance purposes.

Requirements

MUST BE US CITIZEN

  • Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning), supply chain management, and operations management principles.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques, process improvement methodologies, and quality control standards.
  • Mechanical knowledge or background in manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze complex data related to supply chain analytics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments including assembly, plant management, and operations teams.
