The Production Control Asst supports manufacturing by managing inventory and production tasks using SAP, Apriso WM, and Excel.
- They assist with stock management, release of production orders, and monitor WIP needs.
- Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and managers to prevent and resolve issues.
- Attend stock purge meetings, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate Kanban inventory.
- Prepare assembly kits from stock, update records in an ACCESS database, and verify inventory accuracy.
- Perform warehousing activities including receiving, stocking, issuing materials, and moving parts on the shop floor.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, computer literacy, and warehouse/production control experience.
- Desired skills include ESD knowledge, cycle counting, ERP, SAP/Apriso systems, and inventory management.
