How you''ll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

Delta's Tech Ops division is seeking a Production Control Auditor. The Production Control Auditor is responsible for overseeing functions to include payroll, scheduling, and benefits coordination. The position prepares, maintains, and compiles various statistical and payroll records. Successful candidates will serve all employees confidentially, respectfully, and professionally.

Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):

• Performs moderately complex computations and clerical duties necessary to prepare information for computer input and adjust computer output.
• Maintains maintenance records on various record keeping systems such as EMX, AMDS, and Documentum.
• Required to develop Subject Matter Expert knowledge of all matters related to recordkeeping and proper filing.
• Supports station MPS, time collection, and other payroll activities.
• Accurately answers questions and reporting requests for both frontline employees and the leadership team.
• Prints and maintains paper packages from the proper record system.
• Ensures timely auditing and correction prior to aircraft return to service.
• Able to answer questions from personnel on proper document handling and procedure.
• Prepares EMX work packages for aircraft arrival and begins the maintenance visit.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

It is desirable to have working experience using Delta systems Gem/MIR, RGM and SAP.

• College graduate preferred, but not required.
