Job Summary The Production Control Clerk (PCC) provides administrative and dispatch support for Operations & Maintenance services at a large government building. This role manages work orders, coordinates service calls, supports technicians, and serves as a key communication link between the client, field staff, and home office. Key Responsibilities Create, assign, and track maintenance work ordersDispatch service calls to maintenance personnelEnter and manage work orders and inventory in Maximo (CMMS)Monitor job status to ensure timely completionCommunicate updates to technicians, management, and clientsMaintain inventory levels and reorder parts and suppliesCoordinate with vendors for timely deliveryAssist with improving and documenting maintenance proceduresSupport training on updated procedures as needed Requirements High school diploma or GEDExperience with Maximo CMMS (required)3+ years of experience in facilities management, service dispatching, or similar roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong customer service and problem-solving skillsU.S. Citizen or approved registered alien SDAC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
