Production Control Coordinator (Temporary – 3 Month Assignment)
Schedule:
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM OR
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Monday–Friday
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Control Coordinator to support daily manufacturing operations. In this role, you will issue production work orders, monitor production schedules, track progress, and communicate with cross-functional teams to help ensure customer orders are completed on time.
Responsibilities
- Issue and manage daily production work instructions.
- Monitor production schedules and track progress.
- Identify production delays and communicate issues promptly.
- Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and other departments to resolve scheduling concerns.
- Maintain accurate production records and close completed work orders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help ensure on-time customer delivery.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in production control, scheduling, or manufacturing.
- Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
- Office-based position with regular interaction on the production floor.
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Assignment Details
- Temporary 3-month assignment
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
