ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Ensure that all Hanwha safety procedures, rules and regulations are followed and met
  • Ensure safety compliance during system implementation and operation
  • Act as an interface between production (Hull, Outfitting, Painting, Scaffolding) and system teams
  • Support process standardization
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Support PES system application and shop-floor integration
  • Participate in shipbuilding projects and report task progress
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • review and validate project data including SAP/non-SAP data
  • Perform System Integration Testing, pre go-live system integration testing
  • Provide post go-live stabilization support and resolve initial operational issues
  • Conduct "End User" training and support system adoption

Collect user feedback and coordinate improvements with the PI team

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILTY

Responsible for receiving advance training to support the implementation of new systems such as production control and performance tracking, and for providing guidance and training to Production Supervisors on system usage.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Associate's Degree or higher required
  • Completion of ERP-related training is preferred
  • Experience in Production Management preferred
  • Strong understanding of production processes and shop-floor operations
  • SAP or Non-SAP(Legacy system) experience is required

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Environmental exposures are similar to those found in most heavy industrial settings and may include noise, heat, cold, vibration, dust, fumes and smoke. Work may be carried on indoors or outdoors, and may involve exposure to inclement weather conditions.
