Production Control Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain production schedules to support customer demand and maximize manufacturing efficiency.
* Create, release, monitor, and close work orders while coordinating material availability through ERP/MRP systems.
* Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse teams to resolve scheduling issues and maintain workflow.
* Track production performance, maintain accurate inventory records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
* High school diploma or GED with 1-4 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory control, or a manufacturing environment.
* Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
* Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
* Experience with ERP/MRP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or JobBOSS.
Salary: $80,000-$95,000 annually ($38.50-$45.50/hour), based on experience.
