Production Control Supervisor

Production Control Supervisor needs 2+ years experience

Production Control Supervisor requires;

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in production control, quality control, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data management.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Production Control Supervisor duties:

• Review and reconcile batch totals to system totals, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
• Perform daily quality control audits of various reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee and monitor the schedule and quality control of daily notice mailings, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
• Administer the refund Program, including processing refund requests and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Complete imaging, corrections, and quality control of handwritten citations to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
