Description Of Services

• The Production Controller will plan the completion of work orders and outside services for passive microwave components using an SAP MRP System, ensuring timely execution of production activities.

• Duties include updating the shipment plan with project status, WIP, shortages, and potential production problems to ensure personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.

• This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams (Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory Control) to complete orders on-time and schedule/expedite the movement of parts on the production floor.

• The ideal candidate will be proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, capable of managing multiple priorities in a job shop environment, and able to lift 45 lbs to move product within the facility.

Skills/Experience

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of scheduling, material planning, manufacturing, or inventory experience OR High School Diploma with 5+ years of related experience -- (Required)

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP -- (Required)

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment -- (Required)

• Must be able to lift 45 lbs and move product within the facility -- (Required)

• Job shop proficiency with ability to set priorities and meet production schedules -- (Preferred)

• Excellent communication and math skills -- (Preferred)

• Ability to manage multiple priorities -- (Preferred)
