High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year of cooking experience in a restaurant, hotel, or high-volume kitchen preferred.
Experience preparing steaks, seafood, and upscale American cuisine is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency.
Ability to obtain a Food Handler''s Card.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
