Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Production Coordinator, to join the plant team in Garland, TX (USA).

The Production Coordinator will be directly responsible for the accuracy of production and inventory reporting and administrative support.

Key Tasks & Activities:

· Assist in physical inventories and reconciliation of discrepancies

· Responsible for accuracy of production and inventory reporting

· Responsible for production reporting to Operations and Plant Management

· Maintain SAP system to ensure maximum accuracy and efficiency

· Create vendor PO’s; review and reconcile vendor statements

· Update standard operating procedures and documentation

· Human Resource responsibilities

· Order stock, machine, tools and safety items

· Comply with company safety policies and procedure as well as maintain good housekeeping, GMP practices and Global Food Safety practices.

· Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications we are looking for:

· 1-3 years relevant industry experience in logistics manufacturing environment

· Supervisory experience preferred

· SAP experience preferred

· Ability to communicate with management, customers and vendors

· Able to work flexible and/or extended hours and weekends as business demands

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Experience with customer/supplier relationship management

· Strong problem solving capability

· Understanding of inventory flow preferred

· Warehouse Organization skills

· Proficient with MS Word, Excel
