Production Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Production Coordinator to support a fast-paced apparel production team. This person will work closely with Production Managers and global vendors to manage purchase orders, samples, work in progress, production timelines, and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Production Managers to issue purchase orders, track samples, and manage work in progress.
• \n
• Communicate daily with domestic and international vendors.
• \n
• Track production status and help resolve issues to support on-time delivery.
• \n
• Monitor purchase orders, delivery dates, and internal launch dates.
• \n
• Maintain and update internal production tracking systems.
• \n
• Manage weekly delivery updates and sample status reports.
• \n
• Partner cross-functionally to keep production timelines on track.
• \n

Qualifications:

• \n
• 1–2+ years of production experience, preferably within apparel or fashion.
• \n
• Experience with purchase orders, samples, work in progress, and production tracking.
• \n
• Strong vendor communication and follow-up skills.
• \n
• Proficiency in Excel.
• \n
• ERP system experience is a plus.
• \n
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• \n
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
• \n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
