This is an in-person position that is located in Plaistow, NH. You must be able to report to the warehouse daily, Monday - Friday.

Are you the person who always knows where everything is, who needs it and when? Do you like solving problems before they turn into emergencies? Join our growing bath remodeling team in Plaistow, NH as our Production Coordinator and help run the production side of the business.


You'll work closely with our customers, our Project Manager and Warehouse team to make sure every job is scheduled, stocked, staged and finished on time, to the standard our customers expect.


 What You'll Own:


As our Production Coordinator, you'll own the production process from the moment a job is sold until it's complete. You'll make sure installs are scheduled correctly, materials are ready, installers have what they need, problems get solved quickly, and customers are happy with the result.


 Scheduling & Capacity

• Maintain the installation schedule and keep jobs on track for their install dates
• Coordinate schedule changes, delays and customer needs
• Spot capacity issues before they become problems

 Materials & Vendors

• Partner with the warehouse to make sure materials are ordered and on hand when needed
• Build strong vendor relationships and know who to call when something comes up
• Track special orders, backorders and material delays
• Make sure every job is fully staged before installation day

 Warehouse & Inventory

• Keep the warehouse organized and make sure materials, tools and equipment are accounted for
• Monitor inventory levels and flag supplies that need reordering
• Make sure installers have everything they need to do the job right

 Installations, Service & Warranty

• Help resolve field and customer issues during and after installation
• Track open service and warranty items and follow up until they're closed
• Work with the Project Manager and customers to get issues resolved

 Systems & Communication

• Keep schedules, job status and production documents accurate and up to date
• Maintain the systems and files the production team relies on
• Keep Sales, Operations and Leadership informed about job status, delays and capacity
• Be a friendly point of contact for customers: update them on their project, answer questions and pass messages along

 Continuous Improvement

• Find recurring production problems and recommend fixes
• Look for ways to improve scheduling, install efficiency, material management and capacity
• Help leadership see where the bottlenecks are and what resources are needed

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associates degree required. Relevant education, training, or professional experience in logistics, project coordination, construction, remodeling, business, or a related field will be considered.
