Position: Production Control Associate

Standby Personnel is hiring for Production Control Associates that will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, tracking work orders, and ensuring materials and resources are available to meet production requirements. This role works closely with manufacturing, planning, purchasing, warehousing, and quality teams to support on-time delivery and efficient production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and capacity.
Release and track work orders throughout the manufacturing process.
Monitor production progress and identify schedule deviations or bottlenecks.
Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure material availability.
Maintain accurate production and inventory records in ERP/MRP systems.
Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Support production planning activities to optimize efficiency and resource utilization.
Work with warehouse personnel to manage inventory accuracy and stock levels.
Assist in resolving production shortages, delays, and material issues.
Communicate schedule changes and production priorities to relevant departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, inventory control, or a related role preferred.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
Required Skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and scheduling principles.
