Our client, a global music retail company, is seeking a Production Coordinator.

Job Title: Production Coordinator
Location: 1755 Broadway, New York, NY 10019 -Onsite 
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Pay range: $20 to $22 per hour (DOE)


Job Description:
  • Coordinate production, order management, and administrative activities to support daily business operations.
  •  Manage and process purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate records across internal systems.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and operational tracking, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
  • Maintain and update order management tools, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow execution.
  • Generate reports and provide operational updates to management.
  • Support retail operations and assist with process improvements where needed.
  • Work within ERP systems such as Navision, SAP, or similar platforms to manage production and order-related activities.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality control, and attention to detail across all assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
  • 0–2 years of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, SUM formulas, and data analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Experience supporting retail operations, order management, or administrative functions.
  • Strong data entry experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Purchase order management experience preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Navision, SAP, or similar platforms.
    Ability to manage large datasets and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • Retail, wholesale, apparel, or fashion industry experience.
  • Experience handling high-volume operational or administrative workloads.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide accurate reporting and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
