Epitec is seeking to support the Taylor Swift merchandise business for a Production Operations Coordinator. This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end production lifecycle of merchandise and eCommerce products, ensuring purchase orders, production timelines, shipments, ERP records, vendor communications, and logistics activities are executed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on purchase order ownership experience, preferably in apparel, fashion, retail merchandising, consumer products, or manufacturing environments.
This position will support high-volume Holiday merchandise launches and requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay Rate:$23/hour
Manage purchase orders throughout the full production lifecycle
Track goods on order, work-in-progress (WIP), and in transit
Oversee complete delivery of shipments and receipt of products, materials, and supplies for eCommerce channels
Enter and maintain style, order, and production updates within Navision (Microsoft Dynamics) or similar ERP systems
Maintain production dashboards, reporting tools, and operational log sheets
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors, suppliers, factories, and 3PL partners
Create shipment documentation and distribute inbound shipment notifications
Perform goods receipt transactions within ERP systems
Review packing lists, manifests, invoices, and shipment quantities for accuracy
Schedule supplier inspections and quality review activities
Monitor production schedules and shipment milestones to ensure on-time delivery
Track and report KPIs related to:
On-Time Delivery (OTD)
Production Cycle Time
Shipment Status
Coordinate billing and invoicing activities with Finance teams
Manage incoming and outgoing packages for internal reviews and production needs
Resolve shortages, damages, delivery issues, and product discrepancies
Collaborate with Product Development, Logistics, Finance, Brand Management, and external partners
Maintain visibility and reporting on all outstanding production orders and unfulfilled shipments
Provide administrative and reporting support for production operations
Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
2+ years of production, operations, supply chain, merchandising, or logistics coordination experience
Hands-on purchase order ownership experience from creation through fulfillment
Experience coordinating shipments and tracking deliveries
Experience maintaining ERP records and production data
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:
VLOOKUPs
XLOOKUPs
Pivot Tables
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience working with vendors, suppliers, logistics providers, or factories
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Professional communication and collaboration skills
Experience tracking inventory, WIP, and production status
Experience in apparel, fashion, retail merchandising, consumer products, or manufacturing
Experience using Navision (Microsoft Dynamics) ERP
Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
Experience supporting eCommerce operations and fulfillment
Experience coordinating inspections and quality review activities
Experience processing goods receipts
Experience working with international suppliers and partners
Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Creative Suite experience
Bachelor's Degree
