We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support a fast-paced operations environment. This role involves managing domestic and international shipments, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods across ecommerce, retail, and distribution channels.

This position is ideal for candidates who thrive under pressure, can manage high-volume communication, and are comfortable handling time-sensitive logistics challenges.
 

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Pay Rate: Up to $24/hour W2,
  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote
  • Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Flexibility required for occasional overtime, including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for ecommerce, retail, and distribution operations
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, including customs-related issues
  • Manage relationships with vendors, warehouses, and transportation partners
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials
  • Utilize tracking tools and systems to maintain accurate shipment data
  • Handle high-volume communication and maintain strong stakeholder alignment
  • Support scheduling, reporting, and logistics documentation processes
  • Ensure compliance with vendor agreements and operational standards

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with shipment tracking, freight coordination, or warehouse operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in ecommerce, retail, or consumer goods industries
  • Familiarity with LTL freight and shipping processes
  • Exposure to international logistics and customs clearance
  • Experience with tracking systems such as FedEx, UPS, or Monday.com

Additional Information

  • Contract duration: Approximately 6 months, with potential for extension based on performance
  • Interview process: Two rounds (virtual + onsite)
