Location: Cozad, NE
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay:

• 
  Day Shift: $17.75/hour
  
• 
  Night Shift: $19.60/hour
  

Schedule:
12-Hour Rotating Shifts

• 
  6: 00 AM 6: 00 PM
  
• 
  6: 00 PM 6: 00 AM
  

Work a rotating schedule of:

• 
  2 days on, 2 days off
  
• 
  3 days on, 2 days off
  
• 
  Every other weekend required

What You'll Do

• 
  Stack and package plastic and vinyl fencing products
  
• 
  Cut and process materials according to production specifications
  
• 
  Monitor production lines and equipment
  
• 
  Ensure production systems remain properly supplied and operating efficiently
  
• 
  Perform general labor and manufacturing duties as assigned
  
• 
  Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  Excellent attendance and reliability
  
• 
  Ability to work a rotating schedule, including every other weekend
  
• 
  Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift
  
• 
  Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• 
  Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
