About the Role:
We are seeking a Production Crew and Assembler to become an integral part of our team! You will perform production and assembly line tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase production efficiency. 



Responsibilities:
  • Work with molds, polyurethanes, foam and silicones
  • Produce and assemble plastic and silicone parts according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently in a production environment.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the assembly process.
  • Work with team members to ensure production deadlines and individual KPIs (key performance indices) are met. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Document production activities and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of production techniques.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
Requirements:
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions is crucial. 
  • Physical ability to lift and move components as needed. 
  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Welding skills and experience is a bonus, but not necessary. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
