Coreline Roller in Cuyahoga Falls, OH is looking for a motivated Production Crew member to join their manufacturing team! Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production line equipment to meet daily output goals
• Perform assembly, fabrication, or finishing tasks as assigned on the production floor
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products as needed
• Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules

Requirements:

• Prior manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and a dependable team player
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred
