    • Forklift experience
    • Good record of attendance at previous jobs
    • Past experience working in cycle counting

    Qualifications

    • Strong attention to detail with ability to accurately verify inventory, labels, and documentation
    • Comfortable working with shipping, receiving, and material handling teams to coordinate inventory activities
    • Familiarity with labeling systems and ensuring proper identification of materials
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and printing reports or tickets
    • Problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve inventory variances
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
    • Flexibility to assist with additional responsibilities as needed
    • Individuals that are eager to grow their career and willing to represent our values of Agility, Enjoyment, and Always Improving
    • Ability to lift, up to, 50lb.
    • Ability to commute to Fort Wayne.
