Job Description
The Production Data & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely entry of production data into Oracle, including updates to inventory, BOM, and other documents. This role ensures the maintenance of accurate in-plant inventory by verifying the precision of Oracle data, inventory records, and transactions. The coordinator will audit and investigate any discrepancies in inventories, making necessary corrections or escalating issues as needed. Coordination and assistance with regular plant inventory checks, conducting warehouse audits, and reporting findings to management are also key duties. Additionally, the role involves reconciling and troubleshooting raw material discrepancies in collaboration with warehouse management, master schedulers, and personnel.

Work Environment
The role is full-time during the work week. This position is open to assist the team in catching up with work and is contracted until the end of the calendar year, with no opportunity to transition to full-time employment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
