Production Die Cutting

Our client, a precision manufacturing company, is seeking a Die Cutter to join their team.
As a Die Cutter, you will be part of the Production Department supporting Fabrication, Engineering, and Quality teams.
The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Die Cutting 

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI 
Pay Range: $17 - $20

What’s the Job?

Max of 5 responsibilities:

• Operate machines including slitters, laminators, sheeters, choppers, and die cutters to prep raw materials.
• Set up and maintain die cutting equipment to ensure precision cuts per specifications.
• Inspect materials and die cut parts for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize material usage and meet production deadlines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to prep materials correctly.

What’s Needed?

Max of 5 requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating industrial machines and die cutting equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work order instructions.
• Strong math and spatial reasoning skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
