Production Electro-Mechanical QA Inspector & Assembler

Location: Denton, TX | Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Mon–Fri) | Pay: $23

Do you thrive on building precise mechanical systems, double-checking every connection, and proving performance through voltage testing? Do you enjoy switching between tools and test equipment, reading prints, and solving problems alongside engineering and quality?

Your mission

  • Construct mechanical components and subassemblies per engineering drawings and documented procedures.
  • Perform voltage verification and QA/QC inspections on completed units.
  • Ensure each build meets specification and quality benchmarks before sign-off.
  • Apply hand, power, and torque tools with precision; measure accurately.
  • Capture test results and inspection data clearly and completely.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during build and test; escalate when needed.
  • Uphold housekeeping and safety protocols to sustain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering to remove roadblocks.

What it takes

  • Experience in mechanical assembly or production manufacturing.
  • QA/QC inspection or testing know-how.
  • High-voltage or electrical testing exposure (preferred, not required).
  • Ability to interpret assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and SOP documentation.
  • Proficiency with hand/power tools and measurement instruments.
  • Detail-driven mindset with strong quality and safety habits.
  • Comfort standing, lifting, and working on the line in a production environment.

Bonus skills (not required)

  • Electronics, electrical assembly, or power systems background.
  • IPC certification or similar industry credentials.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
