Job Summary:
The Production Engineering Analyst reports to an Engineering Manager and supports Production, Facilities, Midstream, and Construction teams through data management, analytics, reporting, and engineering application support. This position is responsible for acquiring, validating, analyzing, and maintaining technical and economic data used to support operational and strategic decision-making. The role works closely with engineering professionals to develop reports, maintain databases and various engineering and economic tools, improve processes, and provide actionable insights that enhance business performance.

Education Requirements:
Minimum: 2 Year/Associate's degree; Combination of Industry experience and education may substitute as equivalent for degree.
Preferred: 4 Year/Bachelor's degree; Technical or 4-year college degree highly preferred.
Preference for college a degree in a related field such as Engineering Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or Business Analytics
Years of Experience:
Years of Experience Range: 1-2 years; Relevant experience associated with upstream Oil & Gas Operations is a plus.
Working Conditions and Physical Demand:
Work is typically performed indoors in an office environment. Incumbents must be able to perform work which includes typing, sitting, and standing. In the event that incumbent visits operations worksite, personal protection equipment, including head protection, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety shoes, and flame-resistant clothing is required. Safety rules including OSHA and DOT requirements are strictly enforced. Employees must be willing to travel and work extended hours on short notice.
Travel Requirements:
Percent of Travel Required: Less than 5%; Travel may be required for mandatory meetings or training.
