The Opportunity

Step into a role where engineering expertise meets people leadership and operational excellence. As a Production Engineer at Hitachi Energys Alamo TN facility you will play a key role in driving safe efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations that power communities around the world.

This is an opportunity to make a real impact on the shop floor-leading production teams optimizing resources and ensuring products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. Youll work cross‑functionally with planning quality logistics and engineering teams to continuously improve processes strengthen performance and support sustainable growth.

How Youll Make an Impact

Champion a zero‑accident safety culture and ensure HSE compliance

Organize and allocate resources to meet production targets

Execute production plans aligned with demand and inventory goals

Ensure on‑time delivery and high‑quality output across assigned lines

Analyze production data and drive performance improvements

Identify and support equipment and facility enhancement initiatives

Resolve critical production technical or equipment issues

Guide motivate and develop production team members

Your Background

Bachelors degree with 3 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent combinations of education and experience

Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts

Production and material planning experience

Proficiency with MS Office exposure to ERP systems e.g. SAP

Strong communication skills and experience with timekeeping systems
