Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
1-3 years of manufacturing/tooling design experience in aerospace, automotive, medical, or related high‑volume manufacturing environments.
SolidWorks (or comparable CAD) proficiency.
Experience with ERP systems (Syteline, Oracle, QAD) and Microsoft Office.
Strong GD&T, blueprint reading, and inspection skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and validate tooling for cold‑stamping stainless‑steel (A286) parts.
Run process‑control studies to set optimal machine parameters and create standard procedures.
Use AutoCAD/SolidWorks to produce tooling drawings, BOMs, and technical specs.
Analyze part progressions with simulation (e.g., DEFORM) and adjust designs.
Work with tool‑room machinists to prototype, test, and refine tooling.
