Production Engineer (ID #497053)

Mission Coordinate and oversee daily manufacturing activities ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met while maintaining established delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing orders and supervise production processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Resolve production issues quickly to prevent delays in delivery schedules.
• Manage inventory and maintain proper stock control.
• Monitor production performance to ensure targets are met on time.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to maintain high product standards throughout production.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing materials ensuring proper identification and process compliance.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company standards.
• Train and support production staff on processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and team development.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies preferred.
• Languages: English required; Spanish preferred.

Experience

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and equipment.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with production teams and other departments.
