Production Engineer

• Contingency Staffing has a great opportunity with a manufacturing client in the northeast.  The Production Engineer position is responsible for the technical support of the mill.

• Process improvement projects. 
• Support the mill's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) management system as required. 
• Review production, quality data, analyzed production and operations issues.
• Responsibilities include implementing manufacturing processes, troubleshooting process, equipment issues, data collection and analysis.
• Manage trails, identify process improvements.
• Assist key personnel in outage planning and operational scheduling.
• Analyze weekly and monthly process trends.
• Responsible for weekend coverage on a rotation basis.

Qualificatons:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or paper science.
• 1 to 3 years experience in the paper manufacturing industry.
• Ability to problem solve.

Compensation is a base annual salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 with annual bonus opportunity. Relocation assistance offered.   Open to U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents.
