Seeking a Production Engineer to manage and optimize assets in the Delaware Basin, focusing on horizontal wells with gas lift, ESP, and rod pump systems.
Responsibilities include flowback management, production surveillance, failure analysis, workover design, chemical treatment, and LOE stewardship.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance production, reduce downtime, and ensure safety and environmental standards.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5+ years of experience in production engineering, and proficiency with industry software and Microsoft tools.
Involves field visits and collaboration with operations and engineering teams for well optimization and project execution.
Preferred candidates will have experience with production software like P2 Carte and Well View.
Candidate must be willing to work in Midland, TX.
