Job Title: Production Engineer Location: San Francisco, CA Company: The Boldt Company – Western Operations Anticipated Salary Range: $82,000.00-$103,000.00

Launch your construction career as a Production Engineer in a handsâon, fieldâfocused role. You’ll work directly on active jobsites, partnering with superintendents, foremen, and trade partners to support pull planning, lookâahead schedules, and daily huddles. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn how projects are built while gaining realâworld exposure to lean construction and production principles.
We’re seeking proactive doers who enjoy problemâsolving and making things move. You’ll use visual tools, dashboards, and lean techniques to improve workflow, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement, while building practical skills with tools like Bluebeam, Excel, and scheduling software. A growth mindset, curiosity, and commitment to safety and quality will set you up for success and future opportunities in construction.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $82,000.00-$103,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Bachelor’s degree is required in the areas of construction management or engineering. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
Nice to Have
Less than a year of related experience, including internships, with a foundational understanding of construction methods, equipment, drawings, specifications, materials, and applicable standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative, communicate clearly, and collaborate across teams to deliver results with minimal oversight.
Highly organized and motivated with excellent communication and relationship building skills; exposure to healthcare or regulated projects, lean construction practices, and production tracking or jobsite analytics is a plus.
