Description:

Position: Production Engineer/ SRE

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Month Contract to Hire

***W2 Contract***No C2C***

Technical Requirements:

Data Engineering (Snowflake, Oracle, Python)
  • Snowflake Development: Build and optimize data pipelines, manage warehouse sizes, and monitor database health.
  • Oracle Expertise: Write and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries, manage Oracle instances, and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Python Automation: Automate ingestion, validation, and monitoring tasks using Python and orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect).
  • Security: Implement RBAC, encryption, and compliance controls.


Cloud & Microservices (Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, AWS)
  • Microservices Development: Build and maintain cloud-native microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and JavaScript.
  • API & Event Architecture: Design RESTful APIs and event-driven systems with AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, SQS, SNS).
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Automate testing and deployment with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Monitoring & Security: Use CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and implement IAM roles, OAuth2, JWT, and encryption.
  • Infrastructure Automation: Automate tasks with Terraform or CloudFormation.


SAP Finance & Accounting (Techno-Functional)
  • SAP FI/CO Support: Provide incident management and production support for SAP FI/CO modules.
  • System Troubleshooting: Analyze issues related to configuration, ABAP code, and external interfaces.
  • SAP Solution Manager: Manage incidents, change requests, and deployments across environments.
  • Monitoring & Automation: Monitor batch jobs, automate workflows, and ensure system performance.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain roles, authorizations, and compliance controls.


What We're Looking For

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Production Engineering/SRE.
  • Strong expertise in Snowflake, Oracle, Python, Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, AWS, and SAP FI/CO.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and implement automation.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across technical and functional teams.
  • Strong documentation and communication abilities.
