Production Engineering Manager
Pay Range: $130,000 to $150,000 + Robust Benefits

How you'll spend your time as a Production Engineering Manager:
- Lead manufacturing quality initiatives across production and customer facing outcomes.
- Coach and mentor the Production Engineering team to grow their skills.
- Own and improve factory work centers, processes, and equipment capability.
- Oversee equipment calibration and maintenance for reliability and accuracy.
- Partner with Design Engineering to support fast, manufacturable design updates.
- Lead the Change Request process to align engineering with product changes.
- Develop CAPEX plans for facility upgrades and equipment purchases.
- Represent Production Engineering in strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts.
Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Production Engineering Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing engineering.
- Prior experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and process improvement.
- Experience working cross functionally with design, supply chain, and operations.
- Familiarity with CAPEX planning and equipment or facility investment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
