Responsibilities include managing support processes, troubleshooting, process improvement, technology transfer, updating documentation, and supporting production and logistics.
Requires an associate degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years of technical support experience in manufacturing. Skills in creating work instructions, engineering change requests, and understanding lean principles are preferred.
