Job Responsibilities
Perform visual inspections of materials, dies, plates, and consumable supplies before running production jobs
Operate production equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards
Troubleshoot production and quality issues and provide immediate corrective action
Identify equipment failures, troubleshoot when possible, or communicate with maintenance teams and vendors for support
Perform routine preventative maintenance duties on equipment
Use tools and assist with the operation of factory machinery
Monitor products for quality issues and report defective products or equipment malfunctions
Keep manufacturing areas clean, organized, and free of debris
Perform stripping of materials as projects require
Prepare finished products for shipment by identifying, packing, strapping, and securing materials
What We're Looking For
Ability to use hand tools and work with manufacturing equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication, listening, and teamwork skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred
Manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus, but motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply
