Production Equipment Operator
Full-Time
Job Summary
Operate, set up, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment runs efficiently, product quality standards are met, and safety procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment.
Perform machine setups and product changeovers.
Load materials and keep production running smoothly.
Conduct quality checks and adjust equipment as needed.
Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor maintenance.
Complete production and quality documentation.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety and food safety requirements.
Support continuous improvement and production efficiency efforts.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
3+ years of industrial production manufacturing, machine operation, or equipment maintenance experience.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience independently performing machine startups and changeovers.
Ability to identify equipment issues and support root cause problem-solving.
Experience in high-speed manufacturing, packaging, food, or beverage production.
