This role drives the execution of quick-turnaround, IP-themed guest experiences, balancing 60% central directive execution with 40% local creative ideation. You will manage ~8 concurrent 1-day activations and seasonal overlays with budgets ranging from $5,000 to $40,000.As the primary on-site "Quality Control" lead, you will manage local vendors, read fabrication drawings, and oversee load-ins to ensure all physical builds match high creative and brand standards. Note: This is a hands-on production and fabrication management role; no personal 3D rendering or CAD modeling is required.Work Schedule: Full-Time (Must be open to evenings & weekends based on event schedules).On-Site & Schedule Flexibility: 100% on-site role (mall-based venue). Candidates must be comfortable working non-standard hours, including nights and weekends, aligned with production schedules. Responsibilities:Event Execution & Production: Own end-to-end execution for small-to-midscale themed events, photo-ops, live entertainment, and seasonal venue overlays.Vendor & Fabrication Management: Source, contract, and oversee local fabrication, AV, and event vendors.
