Position Overview
A reputable printing company in Commerce, CA is seeking a reliable and motivated Feeder Operator / Production Associate to join our production team. This position is responsible for feeding materials into printing equipment, ensuring smooth production flow, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Feed paper and materials into printing presses and production equipment
Monitor material flow to ensure continuous operation
Inspect materials for quality and defects before and during production
Assist press operators with setup and production tasks
Stack, organize, and prepare printed materials for finishing and shipping
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Support production goals and deadlines
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, production, or printing experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
