We are hiring for a Manufacturing Operator 1 position on the 10pm-6:30am shift, with a pay rate of $21/hour plus 15% shift differential.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of manufacturing and machine operating experience in a regulated environment, specifically not warehouse or material handling.
The role involves operating and troubleshooting automated equipment for filling and packaging media in cGMP settings, performing setups, inspections, maintenance, and cleaning.
Responsibilities include documenting batches, ensuring quality via inspections, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting routine production tasks.
Candidates should be able to work 1st or 2nd shift for training, work overtime, and support other production activities as needed.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of GMP/OSHA regulations preferred, and the ability to learn new procedures quickly.
Physical ability to climb stairs, operate equipment, and handle chemicals with proper PPE is necessary.
